1:1 Private Coaching vs. Group Programs
The primary difference between 1:1 coaching and group programs is the completely confidential environment.
In private sessions, you can discuss organizational politics, power dynamics and team conflict, difficult stakeholders, career strategy, or leadership challenges without concern about who else is in the room or how you would be judged.
While group programs follow strict confidentiality agreements, many clients prefer not to share details about their specific situations, especially when navigating sensitive dynamics at work.
