1:1 Private Coaching Packages For Individuals

Is this you?

You have read the books. Listened to the podcasts and saved the social media posts about leadership.

You have finished a few leadership programmes. You already know the gap is not about your knowledge.

What you need is not more content.

You need specific, honest feedback on how you are showing up — in your organisation, with your stakeholders, at this stage of your career.

You have used AI as your coach and gotten some good results with the right prompts. Frameworks, reflections, even coaching-style questions.

But AI works only with what you share in the chat!

It cannot read the room.

It cannot notice what you are not saying.

It has no stake in your outcome and no memory of your patterns beyond the conversation window.

A human coach tracks your progress, calls out what you keep avoiding, and brings their own network and judgment to your situation. and most importantly, AI is not invested in your growth! it does not care.

If your knowledge is not translating into results, that is the gap a human coach closes.

This private mentoring and coaching programme is for you if:

  • You are a manager in supply chain, procurement, pharma, or STEM actively pursuing a promotion or expanded leadership scope.

  • You have strong performance on record and are not advancing at the rate your results warrant.

  • You have a specific career problem that requires focused 1:1 support, not more content.

  • You want honest feedback, get challenged constructively, not just validated.

If you are still exploring whether coaching is right for you, start with a Success Roadmap Session.

What is keeping high performers stuck?

You are not here because you lack capability.

You are here because the strategies that got you to this level are not the ones that will take you to the next.

Are you making these mistakes instead of getting the support you need?

  • Doing everything yourself. Collecting knowledge, forcing action, hoping the pattern breaks. In an era of content overload and AI-generated advice, this approach to leadership development is outdated.

  • Trying to be the highest performer in the room. Going the extra mile consistently, believing recognition will follow. At this level, it does not work that way.

  • Using your line manager as a mentor. Your manager's primary investment is in the organisation's outcomes, not your career trajectory.

  • Networking without a clear goal. Hoping the right connection surfaces at the right moment.

  • Testing productivity frameworks and AI prompts looking for the missing insight. But the problem was never about the knowledge gap.

These efforts keep high achieving professionals longer in the hamster wheel.

Busier than ever.

Working harder than ever.

And not moving forward!

THE PROGRAMME

A 3-month private mentoring and coaching programme.

Nine sessions over three months.

Four anchor sessions, each focused on a specific leadership development priority.

Five open coaching sessions where we work on what your professional reality brings.

and you get email and WhatsApp/ Voxer messaging support in between sessions.

Investment: CHF 3500

Session 1

Your Leadership Effectiveness Audit

A diagnostic session. We identify the specific behaviours, patterns, and identity positions keeping you at your current level despite strong performance.

We define your leadership effectiveness gap and set the development priorities for the three months ahead.

You walk away with a completed leadership effectiveness diagnostic, a named set of behaviours to shift, and a clear development focus for the program.

Session 2

Decoding Your Organisation's Decision Architecture

Decisions in complex organisations are made before the formal meeting. This session maps how decisions actually get made in your organisation, who the informal influencers are, where you currently sit in that network, and what is required to reach the conversations that shape outcomes.

You walk away with a clear map for your top priorities, a political landscape analysis, and a clear view of the gap between where you are and where you need to be.

Session 3

Influence Without Authority Across the Matrix Org.

In a complex organisation, the people whose cooperation you need most do not report to you.

This session builds your stakeholder capital matrix, identifies the high-influence relationships you are underinvesting in, and maps the specific path to building relational authority with the people who shape your next role.

you walk away with a strategy to make your message heard across levels.

Session 4

Communicating Your Position in High-Stakes Settings

This session addresses executive presence, holding your position under pressure from senior stakeholders, and making your strategic contribution visible above your direct manager.

You walk away with a personal positioning strategy, the language to articulate your professional territory at the senior decision-making table, and a visibility plan targeting the specific decision makers who determine what happens next in your career.

Open Coaching Sessions x 4

These sessions follow your agenda.

A high-stakes meeting.

A difficult stakeholder.

A team performance issue.

A promotion conversation you need to prepare for. My signature MAP framework provides the orientation.

The session focuses on current ongoing issues.

Specialised mentoring for Supply Chain and Procurement Professionals

Few coaches offer specialised leadership coaching, mentoring, and strategic support specifically for supply chain and procurement professionals.

My background is in global supply chain management. I have worked with hundreds of SC and procurement professionals across pharma, industrial, and FMCG organisations on leadership growth, performance, and productivity.

Some challenges are specific to these functions.

Inside this coaching programme, we address them directly.

You get strategic input, a leadership framework, and a thinking partner who deeply understands the operational reality you are navigating.

  • The invisible function problem — Supply chain is structurally critical and chronically under-recognised. Repositioning as a strategic business partner at the senior decision-making table requires a specific approach. Generic visibility advice does not apply here.

  • Translating operational performance into business language — The gap between operational excellence and senior leadership consideration is often a translation gap. Fill rate and forecast accuracy are invisible to a CFO thinking in working capital and revenue risk.

  • Negotiation posture under organisational pressure — When internal stakeholders push in conflicting directions and a supplier applies pressure simultaneously, negotiation posture becomes reactive. That is a leadership problem, not a negotiation tactics problem.

  • Supplier relationships after a difficult commercial outcome — Managing the relational dynamic after a difficult commercial outcome, without losing the result or the relationship, is a leadership skill most SC professionals develop through expensive mistakes.

  • Influence without authority across the matrix — S&OP, procurement, and strategic sourcing require alignment across R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance. Silo thinking is the default. Each function optimises for its own KPIs. Building influence across these functions requires deliberate relational capital and the ability to navigate interdepartmental tension without losing credibility or commercial ground.

  • Quiet exclusion from strategic conversations — Opportunities are allocated before they are announced. SC professionals are evaluated in conversations they never entered, by senior leaders who do not have enough data to advocate for them. This is an upstream access problem.

My commitment

At this level, you already understand that results require your full participation.

I do not guarantee outcomes. No ethical coach does.

What I guarantee is my full commitment to your growth for the duration of this programme:

Clear energy, non-judgmental space.

Honest constructive feedback

Consistent availability between sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions about this program

I am already at full capacity. How do I make time for this?

The sessions work inside your real professional situations, not in addition to them.

The preparation is minimal.

Most clients find that the clarity this programme produces reduces the time they waste on low-leverage activity, not the other way around.

When is the perfect time to start working with a coach?

Anytime!

But if you specifically want to get promoted ,ideally before the next promotion cycle.

Before the reorganisation decision is made. Before the high-stakes role transition becomes a crisis.

The professionals who get the most from this programme start when something has already shifted: a passed-over promotion, an expanded scope, a frustrating review.

I am already working with an internal leadership programme at my company. Is there a conflict?

No.

Internal programmes address organisational priorities not your career!

This programme addresses your career trajectory, your leadership gaps, and your specific situation.

The two rarely overlap in practice.

Is this coaching, mentoring, or consulting?

All three, depending on what the session requires.

The anchor sessions combine structured leadership development, mentoring from someone with direct supply chain and corporate experience, and ICF-compliant coaching.

The open sessions follow your agenda.

You get the full range, not a single modality.

I have worked with a coach before and it did not produce results. How is this different?

Generic leadership coaching rarely addresses the specific dynamics of supply chain, procurement, and matrix organisations.

If previous coaching felt too generic, too theoretical, or too close to therapy, this programme is structurally different. The work is strategic, specific, and grounded in the environment you are actually operating in.

I have never worked with a coach before. I do not know what to expect.

You do not need prior coaching experience.

You need a specific professional situation you want to change and the willingness to examine it honestly.

The first session is a diagnostic.

We establish where you are, where you want to be, and what is in the way. From there, the work is structured, practical, and grounded in your real professional reality.

Does my employer need to know I am working with a coach?

No. This is a private engagement. If your employer offers learning and development funding or employee sponsorship, this programme qualifies.

I provide all necessary documentation to support that process.

What you share in sessions remains fully confidential, regardless of who covers the investment.

What if I invest and do not get the results I am looking for?

In hundreds of coaching engagements, there has always been a measurable takeaway.

Always. Your progress is tracked throughout the programme.

We review what is shifting, what is not, and adjust accordingly every step of the way.

If at any point the programme is not delivering what you need, we address it directly.

In my experience, that conversation has never been necessary.

But it is always available.

What if we start and it becomes clear the problem is me?

Most professionals at this stage already suspect the pattern has something to do with how they are showing up. Acknowledging that is not a weakness.

It is the starting point of every effective coaching engagement.

This is a non-judgmental and shame free space.

The work is not about exposing what is wrong with you. It is about understanding what is keeping a highly capable professional from operating at the level their capability warrants.

My situation is unique. Most leadership programmes have never addressed the specific nuances of my industry and function.

That is the most common thing I hear in a first conversation.

And it is accurate.

Generic leadership programmes are designed for the broadest possible audience.

They do not account for the political complexity of a complex organisation, the invisible function dynamic of supply chain and procurement, or the specific career ceiling that technically excellent SC professionals hit at senior manager level.

This is what makes private coaching so effective.

It helps you tackle your unique problems with your own uniquely developed solutions, customised to your specific needs.

That is the power of 1:1 private coaching. It is fundamentally different from generic advice.

This programme is built around your specific situation.

If you want to confirm the fit before committing, start with a Success Roadmap Session.

The transformation

This program helps you go from task manager to leader in 3 months.

These are the areas you can expect to change in this program:

before

PRODUCTIVITY

  • Micromanaging every deliverable. Team cannot operate independently.

  • 70%+ of weekly capacity absorbed by operational tasks.

  • Approaching burnout. Strategic priorities deprioritised to cover execution gaps.

  • KPIs met but strategic impact & contribution is absent from the record.

VISIBILITY AND PROMOTION READINESS

  • Contribution visible only to direct manager. Invisible to senior decision makers.

  • No evidence on record of strategic impact beyond her function.

  • Senior leaders know her name. They cannot articulate what she would bring to a larger role.

  • Promotion conversation does not happen because no one above her manager is advocating.

INFLUENCE

  • Informed of cross-functional decisions after they are finalised.

  • Supply chain and procurement consulted for data, not strategic input.

  • Recommendations require a senior sponsor to reach the decision-making table.

  • Excluded from the informal conversations where priorities are set.

CONFIDENCE

  • Qualifies every position before stating it. Adds caveats under pressure from senior stakeholders.

  • Revises her view when challenged by hierarchy, even when her original assessment was correct.

  • Seen as technically strong. Leadership perspective not yet named by those above her.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Peer-level relationships strong. Relationships with senior decision makers thin or absent.

  • Team delivers under close supervision. Performance drops when oversight reduces.

  • No sponsors among the decision makers who determine what happens next in her career.

after

PRODUCTIVITY

  • Team owns their KPIs. She owns the strategic direction behind them.

  • Capacity reallocated to cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, senior visibility.

  • Delegation is systematic. Team performance does not require her daily presence.

  • Her output is measured in organisational impact, not task completion.

VISIBILITY AND PROMOTION READINESS

  • Credited for strategic contribution and long-term impact, not just deliverables.

  • Perceived by senior decision makers as already operating at the next level before the title changes.

  • Developed from individual contributor to a leader who builds and grows high-performing teams.

  • The next role is a confirmed next step, not a repeated aspiration.

INFLUENCE

  • Her perspective shapes decisions before the formal meeting.

  • Consulted by senior leaders, not just informed of their conclusions.

  • Her function is treated as a strategic partner across R&D, Commercial, and Operations.

  • Her advice is followed. Her opinion carries weight at the senior decision-making table.

CONFIDENCE

  • States her position in senior settings without qualifying it first.

  • Holds her view when someone with a bigger title disagrees.

  • Known for having a clear professional perspective and the willingness to say it.

  • Aware of the influence she carries and how to build it deliberately.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Advocates and sponsors built among senior leaders and decision makers.

  • Her team trusts her and respects her leadership.

  • Trusted across functions at senior level. Consulted outside her direct remit.

  • Relational capital working for her at the level where career decisions are made.

1:1 Private Coaching vs. Group Programs

The primary difference between 1:1 coaching and group programs is the completely confidential environment

In private sessions, you can discuss organizational politics, power dynamics and team conflict, difficult stakeholders, career strategy, or leadership challenges without concern about who else is in the room or how you would be judged.

While group programs follow strict confidentiality agreements, many clients prefer not to share details about their specific situations, especially when navigating sensitive dynamics at work.

You need a safe space to talk freely about what's actually happening—the conversations you can't have anywhere else.

That's why 1:1 coaching creates different results: nothing is off-limits, and we can address the real complexity of your situation without filters.

**For group programs: Keep an eye on my emails if you've downloaded any of my free resources or joined previous programs. That’s where I announce when the next cohort opens.
