About Sara Mobarhanfard
I am a leadership and executive coach working with ambitious corporate professionals navigating leadership transitions, organisational complexity, and career advancement.
With nearly two decades across corporate supply chain management, S&OP, entrepreneurship and building a fashion brand from the ground up, I bring firsthand knowledge of the environments, pressures and politics my clients operate in daily.
That experience — corporate and entrepreneurial — is what makes my coaching more than mindset work or inspirational talk. It is practical, grounded and built for the complexity my clients are actually dealing with.

My Approach
Most leadership challenges are not simply mindset or skill problems. They are identity, power and system problems.
I work with the internal shifts — how you see yourself, how you make decisions, how you read and navigate the systems around you — because that is what determines how you lead when the pressure is high and the stakes are high.
That self-awareness is the foundation.
But coaching with me does not stop there.
I also bring my experience across management and working with hundreds of professionals in similar situations — as a thinking partner on the organisational challenges you are dealing with right now.
The politics, the difficult relationships, the strategic decisions that keep you up at night.
The methodologies I draw on — systemic coaching, IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work and transactional analysis — produce changes that last well beyond the coaching engagement.
