This work is grounded in ICF coaching ethics, systemic coaching, IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work and transactional analysis. These are not frameworks applied generically — they are integrated into a methodology built specifically for complex organisations in technical sectors.
The approach addresses both internal development — identity, nervous system capacity, composure under pressure — and external strategy: stakeholder navigation, visibility, and organisational positioning.
Programmes are most effective for mid-senior managers, team leads, senior individual contributors and high-potential employees identified for leadership readiness. We do not offer early-career programmes.
