I have supported over 400 clients privately in life science, tech, pharma, engineering, finance and supply chain, on career, leadership, business and performance.
I will be talking about what worked, what didn't and what trendy methods have stopped working.
🚩 We all know the coaching industry is full of hype and big promises.
Lots of impractical business trainings are held for coaches by coaches who have only coached coaches… 🔺 or by gurus who made their 6-figure income in the Covid years or earlier with methods that have stopped working now.
No wonder advice that made so much sense from someone you trusted did not help you!
I have supported over 100 coaches and advisors in growing their businesses, but coaching coaches is not my main line of work.
Every quarter, I share my learnings and practical insight on business building for ICF-trained coaches.
This year in June I had the honour to share my insight with a group of trained coaches at ICF Switzerland and I am back with my latest round for this year.

About your host:
I am Sara Mobarhanfard, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in Switzerland.
I spent more than ten years in corporate supply chain management before I built businesses of my own, in e-commerce, fashion, and consulting.
Then I became a coach. So I know the realities of this career pivot from the inside.
I share more about my story of quitting a dream job , becoming self employed and and accidental start of a coaching career!
Today I run an active leadership coaching practice.
My clients are managers and leaders in pharma, supply chain, and STEM sectors. I have coached over 400 private clients from Fortune 500 companies and logged more than 1,000 coaching hours.
In my free time I love to share my insights and learnings from running a small business as a leadership coach, doing mostly 1:1 coaching and mentoring.
