The TRUSTED™ Leadership Framework
Leadership development for managers moving into higher-stakes roles.
I built this method around trust:
You may have heard that we live in a trust recession.
At the same time, every step of professional growth runs through someone's trust:
getting hired, moving into a more senior leadership role, getting clients in business. If decision makers do not trust us, we do not move forward.
Leading a team works the same way. To succeed as a team leader you need to influence stakeholders, and that does not happen without trust.
Trust on its own is still not enough for sustainable long term success.
TRUSTED™ framework is the result of my learning from leading , coaching and working with thousands of professionals in different contexts.
TRUSTED™ leaders embody seven qualities that helps them perform at higher levels without burning out, and their success lasts and compounds:
Trusted
You are trusted when you are comfortable being yourself, in a way that is both authentic and powerful, and you offer safety to others at the same time.
A manager who leads from self-protection comes across as intimidating.
One who leads from wanting to be liked and pleasing everyone can end up in burn out.
But the leader who deeply trusts themselves first can energetically attract trust from other humans.
Resilient
Higher stake situations need to build up capacity as you grow.
Resilience means your thinking stays clear in difficult times, and your decisions do not come from fear or insecurity.
Strong leaders know how to create safety for themselves and others and stay emotionally regulated in challenging times.
Untangled
Most of us carry things at work that were never ours: someone else's pressure, a pattern learned in an earlier role, a dynamic in the team that started long before we arrived. Our family dynamics and past pains can show up in our leadership if we don't address them.
Untangled means you can see what belongs to you at your current level, and leave the rest where it belongs. This is where I bring my inspirations and insights from systemic constellation coaching into my work.
Strategic
Managing is short term and mostly about tasks. Leading is long term.
A strategic leader holds a vision and sees past the short-term goals.
You understand what your work produces from the company's perspective, and where your team sits in the organisation's priorities. That is what lets you decide what matters in the bigger picture, and what does not.
Thriving
Leading well should not cost you your health or your life outside work.
Thriving means you lead at a level you can sustain, with energy and some enjoyment in the work, not output alone.
This is what makes you create sustainable long term success without burning out.
Enabler
Leadership is facilitation : make work easier for your team and that happens when you coach them to be come leaders themselves.
You remove what blocks the work, you help your team find their own solutions, and you build the conditions for a team that performs without constant intervention.
Decisive
True leaders are action takers: they do not procrastinate, they don't spend months in overthinking and research and indecision.
They decide with the information they have, even limited and stand behind it.
What is different about this method
Most leadership development focuses on the individual alone: their mindset, their strategy.
TRUSTED™ works on the individual and the systems around them: the team, the stakeholders, the culture of the company, and the old patterns each of us brings from earlier roles.
Skills sit on top of identity, mindset and energy.
When those three are not addressed, the skills tend not to hold once the pressure is on. This is often why a leadership course feels useful in the room and fades a few weeks later.
This method is the result of my lived experience working with many leaders at different levels.
It draws on systemic coaching, Internal Family Systems parts work and transactional analysis, and follows ICF ethics.

Experience the trusted™ Method in Action
TTRUSTED™ is the foundation of all my work.
In one to one coaching we work on your situation: your team, the people whose backing you need, and the decisions in front of you.
In a group, managers build the same seven qualities together and learn from each other's situations.
It is my philosophy of leadership and of success that holds over time.
