Working with 400+ professionals one to one, I kept coming back to the same question. What separates the people who move forward from the people who stay exactly where they are, despite the degrees, the results and the dedication?

The answer is rarely performance. It is identity.

How someone sees their own role, their right to lead, and their place in the room determines how others see them. That shift in identity is what changes behaviour. Changed behaviour is what changes how a professional is read by the people around them. That is what we work on.

Identity, power and system problems sit behind most leadership challenges.

I draw on systemic coaching, IFS (Internal Family Systems) parts work and transactional analysis. The changes last well beyond the coaching engagement.

During Covid I supported other business owners take their businesses online and pivoted my business to offer digital products: this was my way of surviving the challenging time during lockdown.

Becoming an accidental coach!

I never planned to become a coach: In the process of offering consultancy to fashion and creative online businesses I learned business strategy is not enough for success: the human behind the business and what goes on their heads and hearts matters most.

So I got trained in coaching to understand the needs of my clients better and the rest is history!

My career path has been diverse and unconventional: It gave me an inside view of the corporate system.

It also showed me what it takes to build something independently.

My clients get a thinking partner who has navigated both.

They are the backbone of industry, and there is so much talent in this layer. They also seem to get the least coaching support. That is what I am here to change.

The Zürich Intensive Day is a 1:1 coaching day in person in Zürich. Five weeks of support follow. Each day is dedicated to one client and one topic. One day of complete focus produces what normally takes weeks. I offer it occasionally, on dates we coordinate in advance.

Supply chain, procurement and operations professionals work with a former S&OP leader. Topics include:
